- Business enquiries: advertising and partnerships go to admin@voienexo.com.

A problem with a bookmaker
The route that actually gets complaints looked at.Your betting account is with the bookmaker, so a complaint about it has to start there:
- Complain to the bookmaker first, using the complaints process in its terms and conditions. GRAI licensees must have a complaints procedure. Keep copies of your messages and any reference number.
- If it is not resolved, and the bookmaker holds a GRAI licence, you can bring the issue to the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) through its complaints page. GRAI looks at whether a licensee has met its obligations; it does not settle individual disputes between a customer and a bookmaker, such as a claim for a disputed bet.
- If you think a site is taking bets from Ireland without a licence, you can report it to GRAI. You can check any bookmaker on the GRAI public register.
Complaints about Voienexo itself — something on our pages, an advertising label, how we handled your data — go to support@voienexo.com or the form above. Data protection complaints can also go to the Data Protection Commission; see our Privacy notice.
