We use storage that the site needs to work: your age confirmation and this choice. If you allow them, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to measure our advertising, both loaded through the Google tag. Nothing optional is loaded unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Cookie Policy.
Necessary Age confirmation and your cookie choice. Always on — the site cannot work without them.Always on

Cookie policy
Two necessary values in your browser; Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads only if you say yes. “Reject all” is always as easy as “Accept all”.

What this policy covers
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage does a similar job but keeps the information on your device instead of sending it with every request. Pixels and tags are pieces of code that can read or write this kind of information. Irish law treats them all in the same way: storing or reading anything on your device needs your consent, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for.

The first two entries are always on: without them the site would ask your age and your cookie choice on every page. Everything in the Analytics and Advertising categories is off until you switch it on.
The site runs behind Cloudflare for security. If Cloudflare’s bot protection is active, it may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated traffic.
iii.
Before you choose
Every visit starts with Google Consent Mode v2 set to “denied” for analytics and advertising. In that state the Google tag and Google Tag Manager are not loaded at all, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. If JavaScript is switched off, the banner does not appear and nothing optional runs.
The banner gives “Reject all” and “Accept all” the same size and weight. “Manage choices” shows the Analytics and Advertising categories unticked; only you can tick them. Scrolling or carrying on browsing is not treated as consent, and this policy and our Privacy notice can be read without accepting anything.
iv.
Changing your mind
“Cookie settings” is at the foot of every page, or you can open your cookie settings here. If you switch off both optional categories after accepting them, Consent Mode returns to “denied” and we delete the _ga, _gid, _gat and _gcl cookies set on our domain.
We ask again 6 months after you choose. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; clearing site data for voienexo.com brings back the age question and the cookie banner.
v.
Bookmakers’ sites
When you follow a link to a bookmaker, its own cookies apply, including any that record that you arrived from us. They are covered by the bookmaker’s cookie policy, not this one.

The law
We follow Regulation 5 of the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011), the Data Protection Commission’s guidance on cookies and other tracking technologies, and the GDPR rule that withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it (Article 7(3)). In Ireland, the Data Protection Commission oversees these rules: dataprotection.ie.
