We use storage that the site needs to work: your age confirmation and this choice. If you allow them, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to measure our advertising, both loaded through the Google tag. Nothing optional is loaded unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Cookie Policy.
Necessary Age confirmation and your cookie choice. Always on — the site cannot work without them.Always on

iii.
When you contact us
The contact form does not keep a copy of what you write on this website. When you press “Send message”, our server turns the form into an email to support@voienexo.com. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards it to the mailbox our customer support company uses to answer on behalf of Voienexo; mail is hosted on Google Workspace.
To keep automated spam out we use a hidden field that only bots fill in, a minimum time between opening the page and sending, a check that the form was sent from our own site, and a limit of five messages an hour from each connection. The limit is counted using a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
Please do not send card or bank details, passwords, identity documents or health information. If you send something we do not need, we delete it.
iv.
Server logs and Cloudflare
Like every website, ours keeps short technical logs: the IP address that made a request, when, which page, the browser’s self-description and the result. We use them to deliver pages, protect the site from abuse and fix faults.
The site runs behind Cloudflare, which provides DNS, a security proxy and email routing. Requests pass through Cloudflare’s network on their way to our server, so Cloudflare processes connection data on our behalf.
v.
Storage on your device
Two values are kept in your browser’s local storage because the site needs them: vc_age_ok, which remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over, and vc_consent, which remembers your cookie choice. Everything else on your device depends on your consent. The full list is in our Cookie policy.
vi.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used and Google Ads to measure our own advertising. Both come through the Google tag (or Google Tag Manager), and neither is loaded until you choose “Accept all” or switch on the Analytics or Advertising category in the cookie banner.
Until then, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation set to “denied”. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We see aggregated reports, not individual readers.
Our links to bookmakers carry a tracking code that tells the bookmaker the visit came from us. Once you arrive on a bookmaker’s site, its own privacy notice and cookie policy apply, and it is the controller of anything you give it.
Bookmakers’ affiliate programmes send us reports linked to our tracking codes — for example how many accounts were opened and the commission due. These reports may include a bookmaker’s internal customer reference, but not your name, email address or contact details, and we do not try to identify anyone from them.
viii.
Who receives data
Only as far as needed for the purposes above:
our hosting provider, which runs the server the site is served from;
Cloudflare, for DNS, the security proxy and email routing;
Google, as the provider of our Google Workspace mailbox;
the customer support company that answers messages on behalf of Voienexo;
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Google tag — only if you consent;
professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires us to share information.
Our service providers act on our instructions under data processing terms. We do not pass reader data to bookmakers.
ix.
Transfers outside the EEA
We are a UK company, so data about readers in Ireland is processed in the United Kingdom. The European Commission has recognised the UK as providing an adequate level of protection, which allows personal data to flow from the EEA to the UK.
Some providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may process data in the United States or other countries. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) for certified companies, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the UK’s equivalent. You can ask us for more detail at admin@voienexo.com.
x.

xi.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR) you can ask us to:
confirm whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy;
correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
delete data, where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
restrict how we use it while a question is being looked at;
give you data you provided in a portable format;
stop processing based on our legitimate interests, unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
You can withdraw consent to analytics or advertising at any time, as easily as you gave it: use Cookie settings, also at the foot of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
Send requests to admin@voienexo.com. We reply within one month; for complex requests this can be extended by up to two further months, and we will tell you if it is. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
xii.
How to complain
Please contact us first at admin@voienexo.com so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission: dataprotection.ie. Because we are a UK company, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK: ico.org.uk.
xiii.
Under 18s
Voienexo is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the current version (3 October 2026). If a change matters, we will also point it out on the site.
