Voienexo publishes information about online bookmakers that hold a remote betting licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). Voienexo is not a bookmaker and does not hold a gambling licence. We do not take bets, hold customer funds, run betting accounts or act as an intermediary between you and a bookmaker.

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over in Ireland. Betting by anyone under 18 is not allowed. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

Everything on the site is general information. It is not financial, legal or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any bet. Our ratings are editorial opinions based on our published method. Decisions about whether and how to bet are yours.

Betting involves a real risk of losing money. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and use the tools on our Safer betting page.

We take care to report facts accurately, cite our sources and date what we publish. Bookmakers can change their terms, products and payment methods at any time, and licence details can change. We do not promise that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it: check the bookmaker’s own terms and the GRAI register before you open an account.

Any account you open, and any bet you place, is between you and the bookmaker under its terms and conditions; if those differ from anything on our site, the bookmaker’s terms apply. The text, layout and graphics on voienexo.com belong to JJ IT AND BUSINESS CHANGE CONSULTING LTD or are used with permission. You are welcome to read the site, link to any page and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Please do not republish whole pages or present our work as your own.

Bookmakers’ names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. We do not use the logos of GRAI or of public bodies.

Please do not use the site or the contact form to send spam or unlawful content, try to break or overload the site, or interfere with other people’s use of it.

We provide the site free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from betting decisions, from bookmakers’ products or conduct, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the publishing company is registered. If you live in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there where the law allows it.
